Things You Need to Know About Arm Blaster

You may have seen people with big Straps hanging around from the neck while they perform Bicep curls. Many of you would've wondered 'what kind of gimmick is this?' But in reality arms blasters aren't gimmicked.

These have been around for years now and have been used by professional’s athletes and bodybuilders. Despite their goofy look, they are not gimmicked.
An arm blaster is a lightweight gym gear, just like Powerlifting belts, but is typically worn while performing bicep curls. It's ragged before the body with a customizable lash that lays on the back of the neck/shoulder area. An arm blaster powers the elbows before the lifter's torso while they curl, just as help keep the elbows stationary all through the exercise.

Does The Arm Blaster Really Work?

Arm blasters were a well-known exercise among the weight training community, going back to the 1970s, yet have dropped in popularity since. Due to this decline in popularity, they're viewed as outdated. In any case, the standards of the arm blaster are still exceptionally prominent today.

Current bodybuilders still use the "elbows in front" method while they curl as preacher curls and spider curls. preacher curls include performing curls while your elbows lay on what is known as a "preacher bench", while spider curls use an inclined seat that the individual lays their chest on while their arms hang in front and curl the weight.

Despite the arm blaster being considered as "old school" or "infamous", it's a better alternative in some ways to the preacher curl and spider curl exercises.
